Installation Steps:
1.Measure Solar Panel Dimensions: Begin by measuring the dimensions of each solar panel where you plan to install the bird mesh. Measure the length, width, and any irregularities in shape or structure.
2.Cut Bird Mesh to Size: Using the measurements obtained in step 1, cut the bird mesh to fit each solar panel. Ensure that the mesh extends beyond the edges of the panel to provide adequate coverage.
3.Prepare Mounting Hardware: Depending on the mounting method chosen (clips, ties, adhesive strips, etc.), prepare the necessary hardware for installation. Ensure that the hardware is suitable for both the bird mesh and the surface of the solar panels.
4.Attach Mounting Hardware: Install the mounting hardware along the perimeter of each solar panel, leaving enough space to secure the bird mesh. Make sure the hardware is securely fastened and capable of supporting the weight of the mesh.
5.Secure Bird Mesh: Place the cut bird mesh over the surface of each solar panel, ensuring that it covers the entire area effectively. Secure the mesh to the mounting hardware using the chosen method (clips, ties, adhesive strips, etc.).
6.Adjust and Tighten: Once the bird mesh is in place, adjust and tighten it as necessary to ensure a snug fit around the edges of the solar panels. This will help prevent birds from accessing the space beneath the mesh.
7.Inspect and Test: After installation, inspect the bird mesh to ensure that it is securely attached and properly covers the solar panels. Test the effectiveness of the installation by observing bird behavior and monitoring for any signs of nesting or roosting.
